The Project Manager coordinates the day to day internal workings of assigned projects in accordance with organizational policies and client standards. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the project including, setup, execution, reporting, and submitting. Oversees project assignments, work product quality, and tracks team progress to meet deadlines and maintain team productivity.
Collaborate with Crew Chiefs on tracking field team assignments and progress.
Responsible for the addition of new project requirements to Business Portal to ensure accurate billing.
Monitor individual progress and hold team members accountable for personal time-management and billing requirements.
Audit final product to insure each file submitted to the client reflects a high quality and precise final product.
Partner with the upper management to identify and develop potential leaders, forecast upcoming staffing needs, and evaluate current staff numbers.
Maintain open communication to keep upper management and Client apprised of the project status.
Build a relationship with the client to develop a positive working relationship to ensure client satisfaction with Holland Services team performance and work product.
Work in tandem with the Senior Project Manager to promote a positive and productive working environment.
