Work out of the Holland Services Oklahoma City Office. Minimual to no travel required. Due Dilligence Project. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions and problem-solving. Must be able to prioritize and organize multiple simultaneous tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion. Willingness to learn and apply knowledge in title law desired; demonstrated knowledge of title law in any Texas, preferred. Must have excellent communication skills on all levels within and outside of the organization.


  • Analyze and interpret lease purchase agreements
  • Evaluate acreage, develop lease offers and review titles to determine ownership
  • Analyze lease terms
  • Curing title
  • Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements as necessary
  • Manages/maintains existing leasehold, rentals, and unit obligations
  • Compare reported data for each oil and gas well (drilling records, unit size/location, and production) and ensure conformity with the requirements outlined within all affected leases.
  • Examine Title Opinions and Title made available by the Seller to verify ownership of individual assets, utilizing various county software & websites to update title as necessary.


Education and/or Experience:   

  • Preferred- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 
  • 3+ of land man experiance with a basic understanding of oil & gas exploration terms and land and legal descriptions



Other Skills, Abilities or preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have a basic understanding of land functions.
  • Candidates should have past experience with title and land due diligence.

  • Candidates should have a working knowledge of HBP title and related issues encountered in the Permian and Delaware Basins, and should be able to accurately determine ownership of all estates.

  • Experiance in the Permian and Delaware Basin's preffered
