    Holland Services is seeking contractors for high-profile clients in the Oklahoma City area.  As a Division Order Analyst Contractor, in this role, you'll establish and maintain the record title ownership of oil and gas properties to insure the accurate payment of royalty and working interest revenues, and the billing of well costs.

    Responsibilities

    • Under limited supervision, analyzes and interprets ownership documents and title opinions for input and maintenance of ownership systems
    • Analyze title opinions, land contracts, operating agreements, oil and gas leases, broker reports, curative, well and regulatory documents, conveyances, probate and heirship data and other legal documents to determine ownership and lease burden relationships for production proceeds from oil and gas wells
    • Review, interpret and understand complex legal/title documents and agreements establishing ownership or supporting changes or transfers in ownership. (i.e. – able to perform a detailed analysis of title opinions, leases, farm-out agreements, assignments, AFE’s elections and joint operating agreements)
    • Gather, organize, calculate, establish, analyze, verify, and maintain accurate revenue and joint interest billing divisions of interest from title opinions, mineral ownership reports, curative documents, and various agreements
    • Assists with research, problem solving and other assigned special projects

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years of related Land or Title experience; or a Bachelor’s degree accepted in combination with 3 years of related experience
    • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Email
    • Computer Literacy
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Adaptable to independent and team-based environments
    • Strong mathematical aptitude
    • Demonstrable experience working in a fast paced environment, under-occasional stressful conditions and meet deadlines as assigned
