    Holland Services, located in Houston, TX is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager Landman to join our team.  In this role, you'll partner with management, contractors and clients to build and maintain solid relationships and provide superior customer service to high profile clientel.  


    The Project Manager oversees assigned projects to ensure a smooth and efficient process while keeping the strategic and functional goals of the client at the forefront. They are responsible for the oversight of projects including, setup, execution, and reporting. This individual will gain a strong understanding of the client’s needs and strategically structure the project to produce the highest quality results for each client.   Experience in the oil and gas industry, and speficially as a Project Manager, is a must for this role.  


    • Work directly with the client to insure expectations and requirements are understood fully, and relay information clearly to the project team.

    • Onboard new projects and assist with the set-up processes, templates and procedures to insure effective management of each assigned project.

    • Lead Project Managers and Coordinators to establish clear directives and project workflow.

    • Oversee work product quality, and progress to ensure deadlines are met.

    • Troubleshoot issues that arise and escalate if needed.

    • Oversee the addition of new project requirements to the Business Portal to confirm accurate billing.

    • Ensure final work product meets Holland quality standards.

    • Maintain open communication to keep upper management and the client apprised of the project status.



    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • 5+ years of project management experience.

    • Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions and problem-solving.

    • Must be able to operate in an environment with tight deadlines and strict standards.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word and Excel.

    • Able to create and use spreadsheets including multiple worksheets at an intermediate level.

    • Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

    • AAPL membership preferred.
