  • Summary

    The Project Coordinator directs the day to day internal workings of assigned projects in accordance with organizational policies and client standards. This individual will be responsible for the logistical management of the project while assisting project manager with oversight of assignments, work product quality, and tracking team progress to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of work product quality and performance efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    Project & Team Development Responsibilities

    • Work directly with project managers to ensure expectations and requirements are understood fully, and relay information clearly to the project team
    • Assign work to team members and closely monitor project progress and workflow.
    • Troubleshoot issues that arise and escalate if needed.
    • Maintain a system to track the distribution, and completion of assignments.
    • Oversee and track field team assignments and progress.
    • Monitor individual progress and hold team members accountable for personal time-management and billing requirements.
    • Ensure final work product meets Holland quality standards.
    • Maintain open communication to keep Project Manager apprised of the project status.

     

    Office Development Responsibilities

    • Partner with upper management to identify and develop potential leaders, forecast upcoming staffing needs, and evaluate current staff numbers.
    • Assist the Project Manager in communicating clear expectations and project assignments to the project team.
    • Work in tandem with the Project Manager to promote a positive and productive working environment.
    • Partner with Holland Support Teams (HR, IT, Accounting) to perform responsibilities that are in line with company policies and strategic goals.

    Qualifications

    • 4 year degree from an accredited University
    • 5+ years in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Previous Management experience
    • Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions and problem-solving.
    • Must be able to operate in an environment with tight deadlines and strict standards.
    • Proficient with standard Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word and Excel and Greenbriar Graphics.
    • Ability to create and use spreadsheets including multiple worksheets at an intermediate level
    • Must have great organizations skills and great attention to detail.
