    Holland Services has a number of immediate opportunities for experienced Division Order Analysts to work closely with high-profile clients in and around the Oklahoma City area.


    Only applicants with Division Order Experience will be reviewed and considered for this opportunity.  Please respond to this post ONLY if you possess the minimim years of DOA expereince stated below.  


    • Analyze lease, contract, and legal title files for proper well set ups for both revenue and billing purposes, in addition to review of title opinions, unit designations, plats, letter agreements, and joint operating agreements.
    • Prepare rebooking (reveral) decks as needed.
    • Generate and maintain suspense reports and perform release suspense.
    • Review and ensure producing well set-ups and owner maintenance is completed as assigned in accordance with accounting schedule.   
    • Monitor drilling schedule and daily drilling report for timely new properties in set-up.
    • Collaborate with landmen to manage and maintain unit set ups and unit amendments.
    • Resolve complicated estate, transfer, and ownership changes/discrepancies through file research and deed and will analysis.
    • Perform simple and complicated calculations of divisions of interest. Timely and accurate input division of interest information;  joint interest billing, revenue, etc.
    • Review title documents for ownership transfers. Act as liaison in response to owner inquiries and communicate requirements to allow for proper payment of their interest. Manage all deck updates and issue transfer orders.
    • Assist in audit review as necessary.
    • Initiate queries and generate reports as required.
    • Research and input non-operated interests.


    Bachelor's Degree.

    Minimum of 3 years - Division Order Analyst.

    Oklahoma Experience.
